Line-up updates.... camping info.
HiYall
The festival line-up is now close to completion and the task of organising the week-end programme has begun.
I hope you have all noticed the latest additions to the line-up such as DIDGnBASS from Portugal and Aleksander Kostyuchenko from the Ukraine.
To create some musical contrast as you wander around the festival site during the afternoons we have added a number of Island based drum groups and Pinky Umbrella to serenade you in the Mill cafe!
Red Funnel continue to be a marvellous sponsor and have agreed to assist with the Guest Player Scheme which ensures reduced travel expenses for any artist wishing to join the main line-up on a no-fee basis. This has already been a great success and a number of artists on the main line-up are booked as Guest Players.
People are starting to buy ferry tickets and a number of questions have arisen
If you are catching a late ferry and will be arriving after dark you will need to contact us first.
Camper-vans can park up in the Mill main car park but tents will have to be accompanied to the main campsite.
The camp site has a different entrance to the main festival venue and a map will be available soon.
The ferry crossing is for up to nine days so if you want to arrive a few days early and leave a few days later than the festival that's fine but please contact us first.
The festival campsite is presently under refurbishment but at the moment there are no electrical hook-ups for camper-vans and caravans.
The festival programme will be published on the website soon. It looks like the main stage performances will start early afternoon and end about midnight.
Lots of things happening this month so keep visiting the website.
