Patrick and Sharon's wedding in The Philippines

The wedding of Patrick and Sharon took place against a magnificent backdrop of sheer limestone cliffs on an island in the Philippines off the South China Sea. The couple, who are both Filipino, honored their heritage with a Catholic ceremony using Filipino traditions such as the cord, veil and coins. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, or a more beautiful location with such great clients! After the ceremony, we headed out to the beach to have some alone time with the couple for portraits. The sunset that day was incredible and afforded us some gorgeous light to work with. At the reception, tables were set around a pool filled with flowers. Sharon and Pat, who are avid scub-divers, chose a delicious banana and chocolate-filled cake with a pair of scuba divers set on top. Guests were entertained with lounge music, a cultural show with dancers in traditional Filipino garb, a dove release, and a fireworks display that had everyone "oohing and ahhing" until the last burst. The wedding was a great ending to a week of fun-filled activities and a new beginning for Pat and Sharon. Here is a sneak peak of the wedding. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
