East and Northside Kauai road tripDay two and we have seen so much. The northside
would be where the wedding will be held. So it made sense to do a little
location scouting and catch up with Tania and Kyle.
We first stopped at Kilauea Lightouse. ![]() ![]() We found this awesome church roadside. I was thinking how cool it would be to do a wedding here. ![]() This Hanalei Valley lookout. There is taro fields growing everywhere. ![]() Ann kept making me do the jumping shots. ![]() ![]() Bubbba burgers is a must stop in the small town of Hanalei. Danny Quijano gave me the tip. Danny actually has a home here, so he is kind of a local now days. I was just thinking, Danny has been a mentor to me and he really has the life that I aspire to. Great family, successful business and two homes. One in Santa Cruz and the other here. Someday. :) ![]() Had to stop at the Hanalei surfshop and get some gear. ![]() This was one of the lookout points. ![]() Some of the wet tunnels. ![]() So we headed down this dirt trail and found this amazing private beach. ![]() Some of the lava rocks. When in hawaii, please don't take any rocks home. Very bad luck. ![]() ![]() Blogging next to the koi pond having breakfast before the wedding today. Check back in the wedding is going to be amazing.
