Imelda and Enouch's San Francisco wedding

16 Hours or bust. That was the amount of time Ann Hamilton and I shot yesterday. Michelle Martinez of Allure Consulting approached us with this wedding a while back, because the couple had been interested in booking us both. The idea of have two professional perspectives create her wedding story was ideal. Imelda and Enouch invited 500+ guest and so the receptions were split in two. We started at 8:30 am and ended at 12:00 am. WOW!!!
I know we had a long day, but very rewarding in so many ways. I overheard Imelda say to her friends that the highlight of her wedding day was the ceremony. With all the activities, timeline, and locations they never lost focus of the real meaning of a wedding day.

Here is a shot Tanya grabbed of me in action.

Dress detail.

The city view from the top of the Fairmont . The rumor was that the Red Hot Chili Peppers were staying in the hotel. Sorry folks no rock-star sightings.

Getting some of those quite moments during the ceremony. Love that available light.

Brides magazine just published Ann Hamilton and I in a article about extraordinary locations for bridal portraits. It states to always make room in the limo for your photographer so we can jump out and do portraits anywhere. Why not fun on the way there? Enouch took this shot heading over to the Palace of the Legion of Honor for wedding portraits.

Hey you gotta do whatever it take to get the shot. Even it means being your own tripod.

Here is the shot.

We were limited to only utilizing the outside of the museum for portraits. There were tons of tourist around checking out the Monet exhibit, but we pulled it off. Images looks great.

Here is Michelle Martinez in the middle of the reception keeping it all together. Below is my engagement sign in book. It is a nice way to show your engagement session.
