Pierre and Susan's wedding in Carmel

Keeping it intimate. Sometimes less is more. This wedding took place around Carmel. Pierre and Susan a writer for Coastal Living magazine, wanted to keep it simple, yet classy. The wedding location was decided on the spot. The music was played by a friend and the ceremony performed by family. They just really wanted to be married and not losing focus on what was really important to them.

Six people attended in all.

What's a wedding without a bouquet toss?

Here is a email that Susan sent over after seeing her wedding images.

Hi Gene,

Thank you for sending the proofs; we just received them yesterday. Just looking at them again reminded me of how amazing your work is. We couldn't be any happier about the photos and the creativity you put into each and every shot. We LOVE them - you are awesome. Thank you for shooting out little wedding, for putting our families at ease, and doing such a great job. Some friends who are getting married wanted your contact info b/c they were absolutely blown away by the photos.
