The Tot Wheels Parade is held annually at the James J. Eagan Center during the Florissant Valley of Flowers Celebration. Kids in the city decorate bikes, trikes, cars, etc. and ride around the JJE Center driveway; prizes are given to all, and the top three are presented plaques on the podium at the Queen Crowning ceremony on the next day.

The next scheduled date for this event is 8/TBD/02 at the driveway of the James J. Eagan Center.
