XYZ Wrestling Tournament Exclusive Sponsorship Agreement This agreement, between the ZZZ Steakhouse and the XYZ Wrestling Tournament, is for sponsorship of the 2003 XYZ Wrestling Tournament which will be conducted Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14, 2003 The above named sponsor will receive: 1. Exclusivity - The above named sponsor will be the ONLY sponsor of the XYZ Wrestling Tournament. 2. Advertising - The sponsor will receive a full-page ad in the XYZ Wrestling Tournament Souvenir Program acknowledging its sponsorship of the tournament. This ad is a $100 value. 3. Press - The sponsor will be included in all press releases regarding the XYZ tournament. Daily results, which are faxed or e-mailed to over a dozen newspapers, will include the sponsor. 4. Publications - The sponsor will be included in all daily publications regarding the XYZ tournament. These include, but are not limited to, schedules, rules, daily results, and any other notification which are distributed to the teams on a daily basis. 5. Announcements - The sponsor will be included in all announcements at the XYZ tournament. 6. Other - We are willing to assist the above named sponsor in displaying materials, such as flyers and/or banners, during the duration of the XYZ Wrestling Tournament. 7. Next Year - The above named sponsor will be given the right of first refusal for sponsorship of the 2003 XYZ Wrestling Tournament. Terms and dates to be decided. In return for the above, the sponsor agrees to provide a check for $500 payable to the XYZ Wrestling Association, Inc. on or before May 1, 2002.
