When you are making a dual meet or tournament program you often have have some empty space. Below are some ideas for filling it up. Note that you may need to copy and paste some of the items below into a word-processed document so that you can alter the font size to get them to fit in your program.

Half-Page or less:

• Rules - Go to the rule book and put a select few in your program, especially for dual meets. You'll fill up the space and make your fans more knowledgeable.

• Motivational Sayings - This massive list of motivational sayings can be accessed by category such as Attitude, Adversity, Character, etc. Click on the category you're interested in and you'll immediately get a list of related sayings.

• Graphics - Check out Tom Fortunato's The Web's Best of Amateur Wrestling website. It literally contains thousands of wrestling graphics, photos and movie clips. And it's free!

• Wrestling Website List - Many people have access to the Internet nowadays so providing them with a list of the addresses of various wrestling websites will be helpful to many fans.

• "Don't Fear Criticism" - The classic essay by Theodore Roosevelt.

• Family Support of Wrestlers - Here are some suggestions on how a family can help support their student wrestler.
