Getting kids to join the wrestling team is a matter of motivating
them to do so.While there is no single thing (silver bullet)
that will accomplish this there are a thousand little things
you can do. So, read all the information below, then roll up
your sleeves, make a plan and get to work! You have a lot to
do. There are two parts to this process: Before the Team Meeting
and the Team Meeting itself. After that you pretty much deal
with the hand you're dealt!
