Wrestling coaches have many things, both big and small, that need to be done over the course of a year. If you are going to get them all done and done well, you better be organized. Meet with your coaches and determine all the things that need to be done. Write them all down as in Example 1 and then divide up the tasks. Try to put square pegs in square holes. Let them know that whatever jobs they take, no one else in the world would do it better. Use a spreadsheet to keep track of assignments as in Example 2 which was provided by Brian Smith. A similar procedure should be used for your managers and mat maids.
