Find Caller & Log Phone Calls in Microsoft Entourage

Automatically logs incoming and outgoing calls to an Entourage note or calendar as well as displaying caller information to your screen.

• I have tested this only using my Sony Ericsson T616 with Mac OS X 10.3.8 and Entourage 2004.
• All of my phone numbers in Entourage are formatted as (XXX) XXX-XXXX and the script is configured to recognize that format. If your phone numbers are formatted in another format, you can edit the script to reflect your settings.
• The script has comments through out should you need to modify it to suit your needs.

• 2004-06-11 - Corrected error in outgoing call routine where incorrect value was passed.
• 2005-03-05 - Script did not log calls to Entourage calendar correctly. This has been updated as well as fixes for 10 vs 11 digits incoming calls and to log the company name should first and last name fields be empty.
