COCONUT MANDARIN SALAD (vegan/gluten free) Fresh spinach topped with organic brown rice, shredded carrots, red onion, strips of cucumber, all topped with a warm coconut mandarin sauce with organic tofu, sesame seeds, curry, chili paste, ginger and cilantro. ( 8 )

MUSHROOM PESTO MELT Our wonderful organic potato corn bread with spinach walnut pesto aioli, candied onions, portabellas and button mushrooms with Big Eye Swiss cheese with our tomato basil marinara. ( 11 ) sub cashew cheese for a vegan delight        

DAWN'S PASTA (vegan w/o Parmesan/soy-free) A tomato sauce with garlic, olive oil, black pepper, stock and chili flakes…finished with organic whole wheat penne noodles tossed with mixed greens and Parmesan Cheese. ( 10 ) add garlic bread ( 2 )

STUFFED AVOCADO SALAD (vegan/raw/gluten+soy-free) Half of a lovely avocado on mixed greens blessed with marinated zucchini squash and celery with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, carrots, red onions, cucumbers, lemon carrot cashew sauce dusted with chopped walnuts and flax meal and finished with our mustard seed dressing. ( 12 ) wonderful with our cheese mix ( 1.25 )

FALAFEL SWEETS PLATTER (vegan/gluten and soy free) One of our wonderful falafel patties over organic brown rice with a tomato and white raisin chutney, a dollop of hummus, grilled sweet potatoes and spinach, an apple garnish and love. ( 12 )         add feta cheese ( 1.25 )

SPINACH BALL UNGRINDER (gluten free) Our wonderful garlic mashed potatoes topped with a spinach ball made from fresh spinach, organic rice, onions, flax meal, nutritional yeast, tofu, cornmeal…stuffed with Shatto white cheddar cheese and topped with tomato basil marinara and shredded Parmesan.
