Chris Pastura: Manager / Lead Vocals / aux percussion, keyboards, and guitar

Chris has been performing live music since High School. Chris is the lead male vocalist for "the Mix". His claim to fame has been his singing performance on national TV in Brazil a few years ago. Chris was somewhat of a national Brazilian music celebrity while visiting Brazil for a two year service project. Upon his return to the states, this resident of Cincinnati teaches high school. As the manager of the band, Chris is eager to help Mixolydian clients with event planning.

Lauren Finnell: Lead Vocals / aux percussion

Lauren provides the fantastic female vocals for the band. Lauren found her start in music in high school securing lead roles in her high school's musicals. Lauren studied voice at CCM in the 90's and is currently enrolled as a student at the University of Dayton. Besides singing lead, Lauren has a great ear for providing the harmonies with the male vocals.

Greg Cerimele: Guitar / Saxophone / Flute / Clarinet / Trumpet / Fiddle / Mandolin / Vocals

Greg has a B.A. in music from a local college, and over the past years, continues to direct many area choirs and bands. As the founding member of Mixolydian, Greg has the experience of having played to all sizes of audiences, in nearly every setting imaginable. Greg brings this experience to the stage as he provides the instrumentation and music direction for the band. His extensive musical background and dedication to Mixolydian has made the band the success that it is today.

Bob Hammersmith: Keyboards / Harmonica / Guitar / Vocals

Bob is back with Mixolydian after having worked with the band about eleven years ago. Bob has been playing improvisational piano for about 29 years. In addition to working with Mixolydian, Bob has also played trombone and synthesizers for various theater groups in the Greater Cincinnati Area, and continues to play piano in local churches.

Andy Felczan: Drums / Vocals

Andy brings years of experience as a drummer for local theater groups and community orchestras. He adds the backbone to the band's performances by laying down the steady, danceable beat that Mixolydian fans have come to expect over the years. Andy plays swing to rock and all styles in between.

Frank Sedler: Bass / Vocals

Frank brings 20 years of experience playing the upright and electric bass to the Mix. Frank has played classic to modern rock, country, and blue grass music with several groups in the tri-state. With one local group, Frank has recorded two full length CD's. In addition to playing a solid bass, Frank continues to maintain and update the extensive lighting and the PA systems of Mixolydian.
