The workers on the building next door continue to scare the s**t out of me - not sure why because it's not me who could die! Here we have a guy welding part of the metal framework that will create the roof and his right foot is inches away from a 9 floor drop. And there is no safety net.

Someone here said that most of the labourers are working for about 150 - 200 baht a day, which equates to less than £3.50!
