The One Minute President is now available in a new spiffier presentation

I used iWeb to fix the presentation for the One Minute President, and I am using Sandvox and iWeb to move the rest of the content presently in iBlog to new locations on retired Intertube to Nowhere visionary Ted "I'm Innocent " Stevens.

No sooner do I decide to pull the plug on this Schiavo of a blog...

...than I develop a digital itch in my rectum that requires InterWeb massage and finger wiggling. I'm beginning to sense that Demopublicans are about to take total control of the NOMF™, and it does not sit well with my immune system.

McCain should replace Palin with Joe the Plumber

They both appear to be equally qualified to step in when McCain's facelift fails and his skull explodes over the teleprompter.

Really? People watched The Plagiarizer debate the Tina Fey impersonator?

I didn't. I watched Flags of our Fathers. It was schmaltzy, sure, and the soundtrack reminded me of Unforgiven, but it was not nearly as big a waste of my time as lining up at the Gwen Ifell Memorial showers and having to endure horse exhaust issued by two of the most boring people you'd ever want to meet. Moreover, the rest of the world, the part that matters, probably tuned in and laughed its Islamic ass off.

Palin reminds me of my mother. One of these days I'll tell you about my mother, probably like the character in Blade Runner, who clearly understood what Palin has earned by living within 50x optics of the former Soviet Union on a clear day. Did no one ever inform her that the nation of miserable fucks (NOMF™) purchased the soil she appears to believe has been owned by Republicans since the time of Christ?

Of course, the liberal media and the Al Franqen mob is also unclear on the concept of ordinary humans finding ordinary political structures offensive and demeaning. I still argue that if you vote, you have no right to complain about what is going on.

What? What?

My given name means Spearchucker, which may explain why I have an affinity for niggers, even upwardly mobile ones. Niggers who have already arrived, of course, offend me, like their jive ass honkey masters. They are not real niggers. They are pretend niggers, like Jesse Jackson, Spike Lee, and Russell Crowe. I never really did the thing with Frank Stanford, but his nigger epic, The Battlefield Where the Moon Says I Love You has some of the best nigger poetry I've ever read out loud.

Looking around the house that my wife and I built...

...we did a good job. We did a much better job than the average builder would. In fact, we did better than many of the builders who have presented their greed-inspired homes on the various Streets of Dreams. I never understood how a Street of Dreams would consist of several gated McMansions starting at 600 grand situated in a pretend community of people who spent most of their time on the road ripping off third world countries, like this one.

Happy Sal Allende hit day, dudes and dudettes

September 11, slowly I turned, step by step, and the only thing I remember is thinking, " What goes around comes around." I was offended to hear the WTC sites called ground zero, as if the approximately 1,200 dead bankers and clerks and insurance agents on one of the premier capitalist site in the NOMF™ could somehow equate to more than a hundred thousand civilians targeted intentionally to make the world safe for the New Deal.

What liberal media?

Most liberals I've known during my ludicrous lifetime were harmless idiots who suspected there was no difference between right and wrong but were unable to articulate their uncertainty. The media has never been liberal. It is simply a reflection of whatever sells in the NOMF™ at given moment. Most Americans are idiots, many are sadistic psychopathic control freaks, and the rest are genetic defectives that their multinational owners have only encouraged to grow dumber and weaker and more violent over the NOMF's 200-year history of brutality and arrogance.

The Sarah Palin Palindromes

This is all a joke perpetrated by Michael Palin, whose illegitimate daughter gave birth to the governor of Alaska at the Willisa Spam Emporium. Palin is rumored to be a close friend of Senator McCain, the consumptive Republican nominee who recently discovered he had chosen a bipolar schizophrenic with a sitcom family for his running mate.

Incentivationizing the nation of miserable trucks

I'm not a fortune-teller although I can predict with fair accuracy what is bound to happen based on what is happening that no one wants to talk about and what has already happened that most people prefer to forget. Wasn't Condi supposed to be an expert on Soviet and Sino-Russian affairs? I believe that was the excuse offered for how incompetently she has functioned in every other arena.

Eric Cartman suspected in Isaac Hayes accidental overdose

The news grows increasingly strange, don't you think? Vlad the Imputin apparently looked into the First Idiot's eyes several years ago and saw a complete ineffectual schoolyard bully he figured he could sucker punch and has repeatedly done so. If Reagan were still president and not a surgically modified porpoise in exile pining for Keiko, the Russians wouldn't be tromping all over Georgia like Sherman's army.

Do you think they'll investigate Mary Kate or Ashley or Britney in connection with the illegal drugs found near Chef along with a bronze statue of his chocolate salty balls?

Speaking of Britney, do you think the retards at the Special Olympics are going to go after her for hate speech as well. I'm referring, of course, to the proposed boycott of Tropic Thunder, a satire that includes white wise asses in blackface, and the biggest offense taken thus far is about the use of "retard," one of Britney's fave rave words to describe all around fup duckedness.

Hmmmm

I'm guessing the economic downturn has really hurt the discretionary incoming for citizens of the NOMF. Yeah granted, I haven't been posting as frequently because of the need to build IEPs (Improved Explosive Postcards) and ADSs (Anthrax Delivery Systems), but kmy logs seem to indicate that Condom Squeezer Rice and the State Department have piggybacked on China's efforts to quash the individual's will to resist by introducing new and improved Grokle search filters to prevent the world from experiencing the glorious message of John Smith.

Some days I don't even think about the Douchebag of Liberty

I don't think about anything. I get up and do stuff and sleep and get up and do stuff again. Like most folks in the NOMF™, although I look down upon the regular citizens because they expect me to. My own parents used to describe many a neighbor or casual acquaintance with the concept that "they thing they are so better than us."

The fact is I was and am so much better than my parents. If you are not better than yours, you are the problem, not just part of it, asshole.

Obama to name Osama as running mate

This is according to my alter ego, Spuds McLanolinhan, who recently released a summary of what he read on this blog following the departure of Airhead Shapiro whereupon he became the White House press secretary for the First Idiot, a man who owes his tenure as the most powerful dry drunk in the nation of miserable fucks (NOMF™) to having read The One Minute President, a primer about another great American idiot, the entire text of which is also on this site.

McCain Victory Assured; Michael Moore Endorses Obama

Mikey has entered the fray too late to throw the Democratic nomination to Hillary with his mindlessly self-serving mumbo-jumbo, but his endorsement of the Midwestern intellectual establishment elitist is sure to give a Enzyting boost to Republicrat chances of getting four more years of the best the NOMF has to offer or hope for.

That's Moqtada ben Khesi al Sadr's nickname, isn't it? I was wondering when that guy would realize that there are elections going on in the NOMF™ and voters will only give presidential military and diplomatic pelvic surges so much rope before they start doing the lindy hop on the heads of their quote unquote leaders. Take the First Idiot and his inept collection of clowns. Please.

Obama spares the change, rods the child

What is it with this nation of miserable fucks? After a couple of centuries of lynching black men for whistling at white women, suddenly the NOMF™ is calling Hillary Clinton a blonde honkey straight-haired ho who is standing in the way of change, whatever the fuck that is.

The current election circle jerk reinforces in me my conviction that there is nothing in this world to believe in and voting is the most demeaning and fruitless of acts in which even marginally intelligent creatures can participate in.

Mike Brown calls FEMA response in Californication best since Katrina

What are these dimwits thinking? Why does the head of Homoland Sekurity have to display his ignorance of recent and ancient history by responding to efforts by FEMA to turn the wildfires in California, which were undoubtedly started by al Qaeda in America, into a PR coup, by saying: "I think it was one of the dumbest and most inappropriate things I've seen since I've been in government." Where the hell has he been?

So when is the First Idiot going to STFU?

I half expected the braindead stumblebum to be calling for the people of Myanmar to rise up and overthrow Myanmar Gaddafi. Why doesn't Columbia University invite this dickweed to a mass debate with Bunghole Bollinger? With Bollinger's obsequious pandering to NOMF™ values and Bush's astonishing propensity for chewing on his feet in public, it would be one of the most entertaining exercises in exposing the sham of politics and education available for You-Tube download since Monday.

American Attention Deficit Disorder Rules!

Today, finally, I read an account of the current Blackwater flap that included mention of the March, 2004 incident in Fallujah, where Iraqis fed up with privatization of their country by arrogant foreign occupiers killed four of Blackwater's thugs, burned them, and hung two of their bodies from a bridge, thereby announcing to the world that they were mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. In fact, that incident signalled the beginning of an insurgent uprising that continues to the present. Today, representatives of the NOMF™ announced that Blackwater will continue to serve at the pleasure of only the U.S. State Department, which is run, appropriately enough, by Secretary of Misstatement Condoleeza Rice.

Gee, I wonder what this decision by the Iraqinese to decertify nearly half the combat ready willing non-military coalitioners for the NOMF™ occupation force is going to impact the First Idiot's initial response to the report by General Betraeus who figured out a way to leave more troops with boots on the ground 15 months from now than were there prior to the surge.

Here are those eclipse shots from August 27, 2007

I moved last night's post to this category, because the October, 2004 PhotoSmart post was here. We got a Nikon Coolpix S10 about a month ago. I had been holding out for a Canon EOS Rebel digital, but I couldn't justify the cost. The PhotoSmarts were just too big a pain in the ass when it came to batteries, and I had lost interest in film cameras several years ago. We have five or six, but I haven't used them since before we built the house, and I always had electronic versions made in finishing, rarely returning to the negatives for reprints. The S10 was a deal at Costco with a coupon and ran about $150 with a 1 GB SD high speed card and battery. I immediately started shopping around for batteries and an extra card, based on the PhotoSmart experience, and I expect I will get a four pack of memory and two extra batteries from buy.com, just because I'm anal, but I've seen no need thus far for backups. With the HPs, I used to run out of battery juice during downloads, and thus far with the S10, the only time I've even been aware of low battery issues was after forgetting to switch off the camera after downloading and leaving it on all night. The documentation suggests using an adapter for downloading, which is an absolute necessity for the HP 318, but only appears to be an issue with the Nikon S10 if you start with a depleted battery and then getting distracted and forget to switch the camera off when a download is complete.
