Alice was in the Peace Corps for two years and served her time in Brazil. Much of that time was spent in the small community of Atilio Vivacqua.

In 2005 we traveled with a group of friends (8 others, one of whom was also in the Peace Corps in Brazil) to Brazil. We spent two weeks visiting several cities and then Alice and Gary stayed on for another 10 days and visited her Peace Corps "family" and several other areas of Brazil.
