This Companion Plant A-Z Table shows in tabular form the following, as a quick reference guide:-

  • name of original plant in alphabetical order
  • name of pest/disease of that original plant

Hyacinths planted in soil where carnations have been growing will die.

Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) do not put in vegetable bed as it is a perennial

 

 

 

Cabbage moth.

Grape-vines grow better with hyssop near them.

A border of hyssop round the Cabbage patch lures the cabbage moth away.


Bees love the leaves and blue flowers.
