Scan-Van '05 - Sweden
The next part of our trip was to Sweden where we stayed with Magnus, Lena, Hanna, Mons, & Hilla.

The twisted condo tower is a highly visible landscape feature.
The soft mist and green landscape is a nice change from San Diego.
Sweden has a great blend of urban/rural and old/new.
Gabriel harrasses the geese.
Sheep in the distance. This castle was most recently a prison.
Gabriel found cracks in the sub & thinks it isn't seaworthy.

Scandinavian slugs are huge. And this is just a small one!

Our Swedish friends' cousins. They live at the lake year round.
The little beach house is great for swimsuit changing.
Lovely reeds in the water make a great home for minnows.
Kids love it here; they can swim, play in the forest, and pick apples.

We found huge ant mounds.
Alll aboard the night train from Malmö to Oslo. We left at 11:30pm.
Our triple berth cabin . Guy took the middle and Anna took the top.
Snug as a bug. Next stop is Oslo, Norway at 8am.
