Mobile spodcasts are written in a format that will allow you to transfer them to your mobile phone. If your phone will play .mp4 files (check your phone's manual), then you can download these files and transfer them to your mobile via bluetooth. To download these files (as they become available) from a Windows PC, right click on each file and select 'Save Target As'. Choose a name/place where to save them and then hit OK. To download from a Mac, control-click and select 'Download Linked File'.
