Chantal Russell is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist certified by the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is dedicated to cultivating and promoting a balanced and holistic lifestyle, and believes awareness and understanding of our natural needs will inevitably lead to individual and collective good health. Her desire is to educate individuals and groups about the benefits and health impact of natural nutrition.
