Having always been mindful of health and wellness, Chantal discovered yoga in 2001 and instantly fell in love. She began traveling the world to study the art of yoga, and was lead to many beautiful places including India, Australia, and Costa Rica, where she had the exquisite blessing of living, teaching and assisting in many yoga & surf retreats.
Being an Anusara-Inspired® teacher, her style weaves sensitivity, creativity and inspiration with biomechanical principles and attention to alignment.
Her heart is filled with love and gratitude to her many teachers, including John Friend, Sianna Sherman, Kenny Graham, Daren Rhodes, Sue Elkind, Christina Sell, Shiva Rea, Eion Finn, David Swenson, and her beloved husband Gary, who teaches her daily of unconditional love.
She has been involved in many short and long-term teacher training programs, loves to share Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Power and Pre-Natal yoga, and is certified by the Yoga Alliance.
Chantal is a Holistic Nutritionist certified by the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She continues to cultivate and promote a balanced and holistic lifestyle, and believes awareness and understanding of our natural needs will inevitably lead to individual and collective good health. Chantal is continually fascinated by the potential of the human body, and invites us to live life fully by nourishing ourselves with wholesome, natural foods, and living with a heart open to infinite possibilities.
