Creative Department Coordinator Brought into help the Creative Department "get it together." I served as a tech support person for the Mactintosh work stations in the department. I also performed as a production artist, completing design and text revisions and mock-ups, for the print team. For the web-team, I help complete projects in Dreamweaver and Flash. I was the in-house photographer for product shots used in layouts. I organized the P.O. filing system, Archival CD-ROMs, and set up manuals for simple workstation trouble-shooting. In addition, I was also in charge of all the buying for the department, including software, hardware and art supplies. |

In the seven years that I was part of this company, I advanced from Customer Service Representative to Assistant Manager/Photographer. I was responsible for portrait sittings (set up, consultation and photography), customer service (including fielding customer questions and complaints), managing a large commercial lab (600+ rolls of film a day), maintaining the equipment and completing any repairs that could be done in house, managed employee concerns, breaks and scheduling. Counting down tills, store inventory, and re-ordering of supplies and products was also part of my job. |
