Only that the only factory making it is in the US and it would be not very
economical to export and reimport it at a lower price.
It's the cheapest 400 film I can get a hold of over here, so there
wouldn't be much room for a grey rebate.
That said, I can't stand it in 35mm after they changed it a year or so
back. Everyone says HC110 gives high contrast. Maybe I would like it
better if I used HC110. My experience is that it is wonderful in high
contrast scenes (window lighting) but absolutely miserable as a general
purpose film.
120 works better for me.
