It's a standard Ilford product which comes in one liter bottles.  
Actually the formal name is Ilford Ilfotec DD-X.  I get mine by mail 
order from B & H or Adorama since local shops don't carry any darkroom 
stuff to speak of any more. No, I don't know the formula. You can

A quick Google search turned up a bunch of places selling it at around 
$ 13.00 a bottle.
