[Rollei] Rodinal

I have heard and read mention of a Rodinal Clone that is a lot less 
expensive, unfortunately I didn't make a note of it.  Do any of you 
know about it and where it is available?

Also I just got a brick of Delta 3200.  Does anyone have processing 
recommendations.   I am generally using XTOL.
