	Indeed. If the cost of printing such a limited run proved too high, 
the book could be produced as a PDF and provided free of charge. Then 
if anyone wanted a hard copy, he would have the option of having it 
printed and bound.
	Those one-off photo books available from Apple cost $3 USD per page 
(printed on one side). So perhaps an order to a custom publisher of 100 
or more copies of a ca. 200 page book would prove just barely viable, 
economically speaking - say around $100 USD.  Purely a wild ass guess 
on my part, but then, this IS the internet.
