In the 75 Year book Prochnow only says in a photo caption on page 130
"The Rolleiflex 2.8 A is distinguished by the 80mm Tessar lens f/2.8
used exclusively in this model." He does not mention CZJ in the
caption or nearby book text. The camera in the photo was photographed
from an angle that does not allow you to see if the lens is engraved
with Carl Zeiss Jena. On the next page, again in a photo caption, he
says "PR 157: The Rolleiflex 2.8 B is distinguished by its 80mm
Biometar lens f/2.8, which was exclusively used in this model." You
can clearly make out Carl Zeiss Jena on the lens in this photo.
Lenses are not mentioned in the captions of the photos of 2.8 C and 2.8
D, but you can read Schneider-Kreuznach on the lenses.

On page 135 he comments cryptically about Rollei being sorry for
teaming up with Carl Zeiss Jena *again* because the Biometar lenses for
the 2.8 did not arrive on schedule, and that Rollei went to Schneider
who computed the 2.8 Xenorar in a hurry. I would take this as an
oblique way of saying that the 2.8 A Tessar came from CZJ.
