[Rollei] Annie Leibovitz Pics

My apologies if this has been mentioned before: there's an exhibition
of photographs of the rich and famous, photographed by Annie Leibovitz.
The show is sponsored by American Express,. Leibovitz has long supplied
photographs for the company's signature ad campaign, focusing on
notables who sport the AE card. (There's also a collection of expired
AE cards, including one issued to George Bush the First). Those who
read Vanity Fair or Vogue or Rolling Stone are probably familiar with
many of these photographs. Whatever your feelings about the rich and
famous, they look good as the subjects of Lebovitz' large prints.

The show is free; it's in West Hollywood (Ca) at the Pacific Design
Center, until July 5th. Hours are from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Here's a
link to site with information about the exhibition.

Although Ms. Leibovitz does not use Rolleis, the show does include a
photograph of Andy Warhol holding a camera attached to a little Rollei
E B15 flash.
