LEL - Two Starts



Hi y'all,

I have already offered to help Bernard put together next year's LEL. Bernard
has the basic skeleton of the event in place, we will now fleshing out the
bones over the winter. Heck, the event isn't until next summer so you all
have plenty of time to get fit for it. For now, all you need to do is put
the date in your 2005 diaries. More details will be revealed shortly, but
for now we can confirm:

Yes, the event is happening next year
Entries will only be taken during a 'window of time' - probably around April
2005 - so no early entries, please. These are usually the 'no show' riders
anyway!
There will be two start points, as Andy indicates these are shown on the AUK
website: Thorne nr. Doncaster and Lea Valley nr. London.

That's it for now. So keep calmly excited and prepare to enjoy yourselves
for a nice bike ride in the country next summer.
