Dodgy Knees

I work on the basis that if they get a
bit sore, they need some more
exercise. And a bit of Glucosamine with
Chondroitin.
I have iffy knees too. Is Glucosamine
any good? I thought it had to
be
taken over a long period for any
advantage (but I don't really know).
Also
what is Chondroitin?
Glucosamine has been supported by the BMJ,
Chondroitin has been around less long and
there is not yet any academic study to support its
medical benefit. However, anecdotal evidence
suggests it is a Good Thing for joints, and
multiplies the benefits of Glucosamine
considerably. It is thought that several
months is necessary for improvement to be
seen. I am quite sure they have done me a lot of
good.I
buy from Healthspan, no financial interest, freephone 0800-7312377 or
see www.healthspan.co.uk120
