a long weekend
ryan's graduation party, normal saterday, up to
mom's on sunday, and jessicas birthday
we wend to Ryan's graduation party on friday
night. I had a nice time driving an old friend (Joan Baker) around on a couple
of errands for the party. we didn't stay very late both laura and i were feeling
tired and not very talkative.
Saturday
I spent the morning at my tennis lesson, the afternoon doing a few errands and
the evening hanging out with Melissa and
Ryan.
Laura and I had breakfast with
our friend Jessica on Sunday morning. after breakfast we came back to our house
hand hung out. laura and jess talked and i had fun putting together my first DVD
in
iDVD.
after jess left i finished putting my DVD together and laura started organizing
our front book shelf (something she has been wanting to do for quite a
while.)
We drove up to my mom's house in the
afternoon. it was really nice to see her and the weather was
great.
On monday we spend the morning
at mom's and the afternoon at Jessica's parents house(down the highway a couple
miles and up the next ridge) to celebrate her 25th birthday. We were going to go
fly my new kite at the beach after the party but we stayed too late. On the way
home we stopped at the Berkeley marina to fly the kite. only problem... there
was
no
wind. this is surprising because there is always wind at the marina. we walked
around a bit and then headed home.
