nothing intesting
nothing very interesting has happened in a
while.
Its been a long time since i wrote anything
because nothing really interesting has happened. Laura and I are just going
about our lives like we always do. I have been trying to get a new job/promotion
and not being successful. for a few days it seemed like i might get a position
in the clothing/finaling department. of corse there was someone with more
experience and they offered him the job. if i did get a position in the
clothing/finaling department i would be spending most of my day working with
Maya
adding cloth simulations and secondary deformations (things like a stomach
pushing in where a character pokes it) to otherwise finished shots. i have a
little hope that something else might open up in the next few months, and i
might be offered a position. I am going to
do the backup of my computer this weekend so i can send it in to have the "\"
fixed. it isn't as bad as it was but its still way to sensitive. it activates
when I brush the key and that happens all the time when i reach for the delete
key. I should have lots of time this weekend because laura is going to be bizzy
almost the hole time. on sunday she is going to do the child care for an annul
party called the artichoke party that happens in SF. and on Saturday she is
going to have an appointment in the morning and pre for the party in the
afternoon.
