on sunday we found a house that we fell in love
with. we put a bid in on tuesday and we won with that bid it today!
° Saturday: i saw the for sale
sign
° Sunday mid-day: Laura, Adrian,
and I walk down the block to to the open
house
° Sunday evening: Laura, Betsy,
and I go for an evening stroll, meet the owners and, get a guided
tour
° Monday morning: Mom, our
realtor, and I see the house again
°
Tuesday mid-day: Mom and, I meet at the realtor's office to write a preemptive
offer, Laura writes a wonderful letter to the
owners
° Tuesday afternoon: our
realtor makes the pitch, says it went
well
° Wednesday 11:45: I get the call
that our offer was excepted!!!
°
escrow closes in 14 days
° we take
possession in December
