a nice weekend
laura and i went to my mom's house on Saturday
afternoon and spent sunday afternoon with jessica and Francis on top of Mt
Vision.
Laura and I went up to my mom's house on
Saturday afternoon. we got there about 5 seconds before mom got home. Before we
left we put about 8 gulf fritillary caterpillars in a plastic yogurt container
with holes in the top. We started a new colony on my mom's new passion flower
vine. Robin stopped by for a few minuets with Heather and her daughter. She was
picking up a check for her new truck. a Ford
F150 SuperCrew. We had dinner with mom and read the second to last
chapter of LOTR.We got up a little late on
Sunday morning. I checked on the caterpillars and laura took a shower. Jessica
was staying at her parents house so we gave her a call and she met us the the
Bovine
Bakery. laura and jessica got coffee and we went to the White House
Pool to eat our treats. We made a plan to go swimming on Mt Vision later in the
afternoon.On Saturday Laura made a plan
with Francis to go on a walk on Sunday. He was late and we told him he was going
to swimming with us. Laura was annoyed with him for being so late. it was ok
with me, it gave me some time to move some of mom's wood pile into the shed.
Once Fran arrived we hopped in the car, picked up jessica and drove to the top
of Mt Vision. It was still worm at around 3:15 when we parked. Laura, Jessica
and I got in and swam around but fran wimped
out.On our way back we stopped at the old
Gray Whale
pizzeria in Inverness. Now its called Priscilla's. as we were ordering
Meg Ryan came in a
asked for the bathroom key. Jessica and I looked at each-other and said "That
was Meg Ryan" Fran and Laura didn't notice. Laura need to change out of her
bathing sute so she got the bathroom key as Meg Ryan was coming out. The four of
us shared a pitcher of bear and a large pizza
margarita.We dropped Jessica back at her
parents house and Laura, Fran and, I drove back to my mom's. Larua and Francis
went on a walk and I hung out with my mom for a while. Francis went home and a
while after that we did too. It was a very nice weekend.
