In division 1, when the organisers scratched most of the local competitors there was a problem: not enough starters to grant any points. In the end, a few locals were allowed the start and we could race. “Pam” won division 1, Handley came second, enough to claim the title in his division and the overall honours. Kelleners and Neuhaus had a double victory in division 3, in front of two BMW’s. Drama in division 2: while Rhodes won, Zeccoli had enough with his second place to claim the division 2 title - so he thought. Unfortunately, he came in and handed his car over to Pianta - and since the race was only three hours, the points had to be shared between them! Therefore, Rhodes became champion... |
