Lonesome Cove |
For Easter 2009 we went to Lonsesome Cove, on San Juan Island. Since everyone was accompanied by a digital camera, we got quite a few photos documenting our visit. This movie has photos taken by Anne and myself. And it rained. And rained. Thus the soundtrack. |

Skipping Rocks |
Genuine Northwesterners are undettered by rain, and go on doing whatever it is they intend to do. My brother decided to demonstrate the art of Skipping Rocks. He was amazingly successful at this. Although I didn't see it, being a Southern Californian I was inside where it was warm and dry, his feat was documented by Anne and her trusty camera. |

Visiting Seattle |
I made this movie using Apple's presentation software, Keynote, which has a number of interesting effects you can use. It features various photos from various holiday visits, including Xmas and Summer, when the living is sometimes drier and warmer. |

Easter 2004 |
A visit to the San Juan Islands (yes, we visited more than one) for Easter of 2004. This movie includes sound effects as well as music in the sound track, and a number of special effects. The sun shone quite a bit that year, and Fiona was young enough to participate in the Great Easter Egg Hunt at Friday Harbor. |

Computerized |
The Family that Computes Together, but each with their own computer in their own Computer Area. The areas are adjacent, so they can yell at each other if necessary to gain actual human contact. Provided they leave their respective doors open anyway. |
|
Pine Lake |
My brother refers to his home as "Pine Lake Resort" which isn't altogether a joke--I've been to resorts with fewer attractions. After one lovely summer visit I made this little movie, featuring what I thought was a funny soundtrack. |
