I welcome email from users. However, before you write, please read the following tidbits. They may answer your question or explain why you haven't received a response from me.

1. If you're curious as to the status of the next version of InformINIT, please see the "Updates?" link to the left.

2. If you have received unsolicited email from an "InformINIT" email address, I can assure you that such email was NOT sent by anyone associated with InformINIT. A number of spammers have been sending out email SPAM with a forged return address, making it appear that the message came from an InformINIT email address. Unfortunately, forging return addresses seems to be the latest slimy tactic used by spammers. Rest assured that the only messages I will ever send you will be announcements of new versions of InformINIT or personal replies to messages you send me.

3. I receive hundreds of email messages a day. I also try to maintain some semblance of a life ;-) This means that there are times when it takes me a bit longer to respond to non-urgent email. Also, if a message does not request a response, I may assume that one is not needed. Rest assured, I do read every piece of mail, and if a response is requested, I respond as soon as I am able.

4. Many, many times people send me email with an incorrect email address set in their email program. This means that I try to reply to them and get an error that says their email address doesn't exist. If you have not received a response to a question after a reasonable amount of time, or if you purchased InformINIT and after a few weeks have not heard from me or Kagi shareware, please check your email address and send me another message. Thanks!

How to contact me:

Due to the incredible number of spam messages I have been receiving at my "InformINIT.com" email addresses, I've been forced to shut them all down. However, you can still contact me by website @ InformINIT (dot) net   (written this way to avoid it being picked up by email address harvesters used by spammers).
