Mission Statement (Take 1)
Although "Mission Statements" seem like a trendy
idea that crawled out of corporate culture, I have found that they serve as a
good way to keep
focused.

Art is meant to be experienced - My personal belief is that creative works are
not complete until they are experienced by others. The main goal of this site
is to share or facilitate the sharing of creative
works.

Regular practice is necessary for advancement - The way to get better at doing
something is to practice often.

it does, I will probably reevaluate these goals from time to time.
Although "Mission Statements" seem like a trendy
idea that crawled out of corporate culture, I have found that they serve as a
good way to keep focused. So, here are my initial goals for this
site.

Art is meant to be
experienced - My personal belief is that
creative works are not complete until they are experienced by others. The main
goal of this site is to share or facilitate the sharing of creative works. This
includes my own works as well as pointing out works by others that I find
interesting and inspiring.

Regular practice is necessary for
advancement - The way to get better at
doing something is to practice often. Updating this site will hopefully give me
motivation to produce more.
As with
most things, this site will change over time. As it does, I will probably
reevaluate these goals from time to time.
