VIEWING THE SITE:

While developing this site, I used Internet Explorer 5 and Camino to test it. My monitor is set to 1024 X 768. Some features work best via a broadband Internet connection.

This website uses Quicktime in several places. If the movies refuse to play or play without sound, you need to download the latest version from Apple and install it on your computer.

How I did it:

The site was constructed using Go Live from Adobe Systems running on an Apple G3/300 Macintosh OS X computer. I made the Moderne Radio using Maxxon's Cinema 4DXL 3D and most other graphics were done using Illustrator or Photoshop. Audio was processed with Peak and converted to mp3 format with Audion from Panic Software.

AFTERBURNER: KSUL-FM Revisited

If you are a KSUL alumnus or former fan, say "hello," let us know what you are doing these days or what KSUL meant to you. The e-ddress is below.
KSUL Radio was established by California State University at Long Beach in 1973 and ceased broadcast in 1981. This site is not meant to reflect the entire scope of the station, which served Long Beach and the South Bay with music, news, public affairs and sports programming. Afterburner focuses on the personalities and the pure entertainment side of the station (including a lot of original comedy) and presents a vivid recreation using 21st Century technology.
