Friends need Friends: Come Join Us!
Welcome to the Friends of Talent Library web page. We are a
group of volunteers dedicated to the support, assistance, and
promotion of our local library.
The Talent Friends group provides financial support for the
Summer Reading and Storytime programs, provides volunteers to aid
the library staff, maintains the glass display cases, and sponsors
a number of free programs throughout the year.
Our recent Capital Campaign raised a third of million dollars,
which increased the patron and book space in the new Talent Branch
Library by over 1400 square feet. Click to read more about the highlights
of the Capital Campaign.
Our current priorities are to keep our County library system
open -- and to support and expand the programs and activities
available at the Talent Library.
