A survey released on Wednesday found that three-quarters of women are turning to yoga, meditation and holistic therapies such as massage, shiatsu and reflexology to beat the stresses of modern life. But such pick-me-ups do not come cheap - so-called spiritual spending totals £670m a year, with another £20m spent on spa retreats and yoga holidays.
