A better day 



Well today has been a better day! I have the all clear from the doctors, my kidney infection seems to be going and my back isn't playing me up quite as much as it was. I need to make a few changes in my life as I have let my holistic side fade into the background quite a bit and it isn't doing me any good. So lots more work is needed on my reiki, yoga, crystals and hopi ear candles.
I saw a great movie over the weekend called Love Me If You Dare , it's a French film about love, addiction and how people use the silliest of things to hide their true feeling or be able to say what they want to say. I also watched Irreversible which was a very rough movie to watch but it was worth it I really don't know how to put it into words but it's not for the faint hearted.
