assignments require a contract and a nonrefundable retainer

to secure the date. Booking goes to the first retainer

received. Normal bookings run four to six months in advance

but it is not unusual to receive a specific date nine to

fifteen months ahead. Travel and lodging is required for

assignments of a round trip distance greater than 200 miles.
