Construction Begins on the Upper Level Segments |

The outer oval (FEC Div) ascends along the corner and over the bridge above both outer and inner (UP) division tracks. The inner oval makes a sharp grade within the center part of the layout. These tracks are heading to the passenger station complex. late Feb. |

The Lionel Girder bridges lead the FEC division tracks back down the the lower level. Bit of a steep decline. Engineers will have to use care. |
| The station level is shown here. The as-yet-unnamed (ACL?, GN?, SF?) third division (which is all upper level) will have passenger tracks just to the left of and a little higher than these. |
