I welcome you to contrast this study with the Rudy Guliani claim that the top Democratic candidates are promoting "socialism."

By my count that would match us with the top-rated system, plus the fifth-best and even the UK, which ranks several slots ahead of the US. Thanks for being correct for once, Rudy. Any of those three would be better than the disaster we have now.
