Sorry, I couldn't finish that sanctimonious BS.  Now, I know why Olbermann's ratings are about 1/4 of O'Reilly's and just below CNN Headline news.

I listened for five minutes and he never once addressed Rumsfeld's arguments head on.  Rummy was saying the critics of the war are wrong and here is why....  Olbermann ignores the legitimate debate and calls our administration a bunch of fascists.  Very mature and very construction.  But I'm sure those few left wing nuts who watched his show enjoyed it very much.  Its called "preaching to the choir" -- all sound and fury signifying nothing.

In 2008 there will be another election.  If Bush refuses to step down in 2008, or if the Constitution is somehow amended to remove the President's term limit before then, then we can talk.  Until then, stop being so alarmist.  The Presidency was Constitutionally designed to be a very powerful office in our government -- far stronger than any office in any of the European parliamentary governments.  The Executive branch (vested in one man) is a co-equal branch with the Legislative and Judiciary.  In fact, one could argue it is the most powerful branch, because it is solely responsible for executing the laws and solely responsible for commanding the military.  You add to that America's role as the world's sole superpower, and you have a hell of a lot of the world's power vest in the hands of one man.  You don't like it?  Change the constitution, or win an election.  Don't you worry, though, it will all be over in 2008.  Either Mrs. Clinton or Mr. McCain will assume the position of the most powerful person on the planet -- for 4 or 8 years.  If not, and if Bush remains in office, I'll grab my pitch fork and meet you on Pennsylvania Ave.

America is Fascist.  Or is this short clip unfounded, too?
