07.00 Lauds — Morning Prayer.
After Lauds, Lectio Divina — sacred reading.
09.00 Mass and Terce — three sections of Psalm 119 are sung after Communion.
10.00 Morning work.
13.00 Angelus – Sext — the midday prayer, followed by Lunch and recreation.
14.20 None —mid-afternoon office.
Afternoon work which ends at 16.35 to be followed by Tea.
17.00 Vespers — Evening Prayer,
followed by a community meeting in the Chapter House.
Between Vespers and Supper at 19.00 there is time for prayer, reading and study.
19.00 Supper followed by time for prayer and reading.
20.30 Compline — Night Prayer.
