The Association of Yachting Historians has been established by a group of interested yacht clubs but membership is open to all involved in research into yachting history be they individuals, clubs and class associations, museums, libraries and archives with relevant holdings and media and other organisations with maritime interests. |
Aim Objectives |
• To encourage the preservation of records in club and other private collections and to identify ways of making these accessible where possible. • To facilitate the exchange and dissemination of information between members. • To foster links between organisations involved in yachting history. |

| To join the Association of Yachting Historians Minutes of the Inaugural Meeting 19 November 2005 Minutes of the the second meeting of the Association took place on Saturday 6th May at the Royal Mersey Yacht Club in Liverpool. |
