Artifact: Logarithms group acitivty
Description: In groups, students where given questions about logarithms, one at a time. Using a given logs table and anything they already knew about logs (which included how to convert a logarithm to a exponential), students needed to work as a team to find the answer and move onto the next question. Questions where cut into little strips of paper and distributed on at a time.

Artifact: Decoder Ring component of Functions Unit
Description: This lesson looks at how to incorporate cooperative group work with software I have written to gain a better visual understanding of how functions work. This engaging lesson, when utilized correctly in my experience, has been extremely effective at motivating students to look at "boring" functions with a great deal of curiosity.

Artifact: A powerpoint presentation on Pi
Description: In this powerpoint presentation, I demonstrate my mastery of slide show technology, while at the same time showing that I know how to use the internet to do research related to my topic. The presentation also covers some advanced presentation topics, such as linked presentations and animation timing.
