Description: For seven weeks in a junior high, I observed a student whose was different than myself. Through my observations and individual interviews with my student and my students teacher, I put together a paper analyzing his success in school and what factors effected his sucess.

Artifact: Demo Lesson: Diversity Component
Description: While preparing a demo lesson plan, I developed a paper explaining how the lesson adequatley address diversity in the classroom. To this end, I utilized the NCTM Standard's Equity Principle, claiming that the lesson helped reach different types of learners, not just one type.
